The most important thing to do if you have a delivery message from the local postal service is to contact them asap. We can help however making contact quickly ensures the package doesnt get returned uncollected.

Keep an eye out for any correspondence from customs or your local postal service for any updates/ attempted delivery.
Unfortunately, if your parcel is returned to us “undelivered” due to not being collected or if you entered the address incorrectly, we will need to charge additional postage to resend.
Orders online are usually dispatched within 48 hours, sometimes same day, so it may not be possible to add to an existing order.
For bulk orders, these take longer to be processed and shipped, so it may be possible to add to an existing order.
