My package is lost or stuck in customs

The most important thing to do if you have a delivery message from the local postal service is to contact them asap. We can help however making contact quickly ensures the package doesnt get returned uncollected.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order by clicking here , just add your email and order number (found on your confirmation email) to get tracking info.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will get an email with your tracking number.

Please check regularly to ensure the item is received

Keep an eye out for any correspondence from customs or your local postal service for any updates/ attempted delivery.

Unfortunately, if your parcel is returned to us “undelivered” due to not being collected or if you entered the address incorrectly, we will need to charge additional postage to resend.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Orders online are usually dispatched within 48 hours, sometimes same day, so it may not be possible to add to an existing order.

For bulk orders, these take longer to be processed and shipped, so it may be possible to add to an existing order.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. The contact form can be found by clicking here.

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not already been processed or shipped. 

Unfortunately once an order has been shipped, unless there are special circumstances, we will not be able to cancel or issue a refund.

How do I buy your books / flashcards?
Why does my card keep declining?

Sorry you are unable to place your order. Perhaps try a different card, or select the other payment option via PayPal? If that still doesn’t work please contact us using the form below and we will find a solution so you can complete your order.

How many products can I buy online?

You can order up to 9 of any individual title through our website.

You can add other products to this order, to a maximum of 15 items.

For any orders larger than this to be shipped to one address, complete the bulk order form and we’ll work out a good bulk discount for you!
