My package is lost or stuck in customs

The most important thing to do if you have a delivery message from the local postal service is to contact them asap. We can help however making contact quickly ensures the package doesnt get returned uncollected.

Can I track my order?

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will get an email with your tracking number.

Keep an eye out for any correspondence from customs or your local postal service for any updates/ attempted delivery.

Unfortunately, if your parcel is returned to us “undelivered” due to not being collected or if you entered the address incorrectly, we will need to charge additional postage to resend.

What are the shipping costs?

There is FREE shipping within Australia. All international orders will have shipping costs applied. The shipping cost is added at checkout when selecting your country and products. The prices are supplied from the postal service used for international shipping based on destination and weight.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

I miss-typed my shipping address or contact info, can I change it?
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address if the order has not already been shipped.  We do tend to post within 48 hours.

Why is shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately the prices are provided directly from AUSPOST – we don’t set the prices.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries.  The shipping cost is added at checkout when selecting your country. The prices are supplied from the postal service used for international shipping.

I want to make a large bulk order for my university or workplace? How do I do this?

If you want to place a bulk order of 10+ or more items, please visit https://minivetguide.com/bulk-orders/ to submit your request, then we can give you a cost with a bulk order discount. The more you buy, the more you save! It is advisable to gather rough numbers so we can quote accordingly.
